Nice, calm and quiet. Nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast and dinner but a little to much fish. Not long to walk to the lovely beach with a restaurant for lunch. Nothing else to do at the place or nearby. Only wifi at the hotel restaurant and not so good. If you stay more than 2-3 days I recommend to rent a car,

Takamaka Green Village ist eine schöne Anlage unweit vom fußläufig entfernten sehr schönen Takamaka Strand. Außergewöhnlich war die Verpflegung, sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Menü, welches Abdul der Koch jeden Abend zubereitete. Nochmals danke dafür.

Une guest house ou il fait tres bon venir..

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits chez Massimilio et il faut bien dire que l accueil est top ! Nous avions peur de la proximité de la route, et avions demandé un logement au calme ..nous l avons eu au fond de la résidence et au 1er étage ! Le petit déjeuner est pantagruelique ! Service assuré par le jeune Santo extrêmement gentil et serviable. En cuisine Abdul, s occupe de réveiller vos papilles au breakfast et au dîner, le tout sur un fond de jazz , blues ... L endroit idéal pour décompresser et se sentir détendu dans le Sud...et le tout à peine à 10 mns à pieds de la plage de Takamaka. Je recommande absolument. La touche de fin, Massimilio vous accueille comme si vous étiez de sa famille...vous n aurez jamais cela dans les hôtels de l île...

Amazing place, hope to visit again!

Amazing place for vacation, very kind staff. Close to Takamaka beach. The place is full of flowers and trees. The breakfast is good, the dinner is amazing - local tastes made from excellent products. The room is very spacious and clean, very comfortable. Thank you Massimo for our pleasant stay!

Geheimtipp auf Mahe

Wunderschönes kleines Hotel mit ausgemacht freundlichem Service. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. 300 Meter zum Takamaka Strand. Liebevoll und frisch zubereitetes Frühstück. Abendessen wird auf Wunsch vom sehr guten Koch zubereitet.

It's a very beautiful hotel in a wonderful location close to the Takamaka beach. The rooms are huge and lovely with attention to the detail, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed for two nights. However, we had a couple of problems with our room, which made our stay not as great as expected - the air conditioning was faulty - no matter which temperature you set, it's blowing arctic cold air, so we ended up freezing at night. After switching it off, we tried to use the ventilator, but it got super hot inside the room within minutes. There was no blanket, just a thin bed sheet, so we had to ask for a blanket from the reception to sleep better next night. The blanket was thin as well and didn't help much, so we were freezing also the second night. Luckily, we only stayed there for two nights. Also, it was noisy outside, our windows were facing the village and it everybody has a dog there that just barks and howls non stop all night. At 7 am, the roadworks with drilling started. Another downside - the hotel doesn't provide beach towels and you need to bring yours or rent them from the hotel for 10 euros each and 20 euros deposit. This is something I never seen before and it seems a bit odd to me. There's also almost no phone signal at the hotel, so you're pretty much isolated from the world.

Lovely little guest house! The staff were all super friendly and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was decent with fresh eggs made to order and lovely fresh fruit and cakes, juices, yoghurt and muesli. 5 mins walk to the beach which has a restaurant.

Sehr schönes familiengeführte Anlage

Wirklich nette Unterkunft. Nettes und sehr bemühtes Personal. 5 leichte Gehminuten vom tollen Takamaka Strand (für uns einer der schönsten). Nahe dem tollen Restaurants Le Reduits und Chez Bastita Uns hat es wirklich super gefallen. Die Unterkunft war zweckmässig mit Klima und schöner Terasse. Wir haben mehr bekommen als erwartet und daher wirklich sehr zufrieden. Leihwagen für Nichtbusfahrer ist zu empfehlen wenn man auch etwas von Mahe sehen möchte.

Gutes Hotel unweit schönen Strannd

Zimmer im oberen hinteren Bereich der Anlage sind ruhiger ! Vorne an der Straße relativ laut (haben tauschen können). Sehr freundliches Personal, war sehr hilfsbereit. Guter Ausgangspunkt um in alle Richtungen der IInsel Mahe zu kommen.
