No elevator but we were on the first floor with a window that overlooked a charming pedestrian street with restaurants. Rooms are small but renovated and adequate. 「Very clean and safe property. So close to the Juan Les Pins beach. Lots of delicious food around for all times of the day (bakeries for breakfast, markets for fruits/snacks, take away meals for lunch and beach front dinners). Had a very nice time here. 」
