“Helen has a beautiful and very spacious house. We were two adults and two small boys (7 and 8), but you could easily stay there with two families - definitely two couples and a child. There was everything we needed there and having two bathrooms really does make all the difference - and having a washing machine! Plenty of towels and linen. The house was fantastic. Helen was also incredibly quick to answer any of my questions - and very helpful. The swimming pool area was perfect and a great size……

“This is a fairly new house with two generous bedrooms, both en-suite. Very well provided with everything needed. A compact and well stocked kitchen including a washing machine. Outside is a sun-trap patio with plunge pool and loungers. We have really enjoyed our stay and it was great to just walk across the road to the excellent Vally Church beach (although we did venture further). A few minutes drive is Jolly Harbour supermarket and there are several good restarts on this stretch of Caribbean……

The hosts also had a guide to Antigua with distances from the rental, recommendations on what to do and helpful tips on how to get around. It was perfect for my small family. Traveling with a toddler is always a lot but having so much space and access to a huge backyard really helped! ”

“My young daughter and I loved our first visit to Banana Tree Bungalow so much in 2021 that we decided to return with my mum for a second visit in 2024. The location is perfect to visit Pigeon and Galleon beaches and enjoy the tropical walks to Rendezvous Bay or Shirley Heights. The bungalow suited all three generations in our family. We enjoyed breakfasts on the veranda and games in the shade or in the garden. The housekeeper and owner are both very kind and welcoming. We will likely return for……

“This home was everything and more than we hoped for. The view was simply incredible and we spent countless hours just looking… house is stocked inside with all you will need, we cooked, grilled and had plentiful drinks, never short on glasses, dishes or otherwise. Two things we’d love to see improve: outdoor seating was extremely lacking, uncomfortable seating for four, just one sun lounger. One thing out of the owners control is the neighbors dogs that seem to be awake from 11pm-4am every……

“The pros: Great location right on the beach on a quiet stretch of sand south about 1/2 mile from the Sandals complex. Friendly owners The not-so-great: We stayed in the yellow cottage which was very clean but pretty beaten up on the inside. Cracked floor tiles in very old but again clean bathrooms.
