「1. The shower hot water supply was not stable, sometime cold and sometime very hot. 2. The ventilation in the room was very poor, no air conditioming unless above 30 degree according to the staff. I need to open all the window and door to get fresh air. 3. I was warned that water boiler cannot be used in room. So I dont use it and just leave it on the table, but the cleaning staff took away it without any notification to me, that was so rude and this made me very angry. 4. Only the breakfast...

「8min walking from Graz rail station (better the exit to old town even though A&O is located in the opposite side) and 20min to old town. No kitchen and even no kettle and microwave. Reception lacks experience but has ok attitude. Room is clean with separate toilet and shower rooms. If the team becomes experienced and kitchen is equipped, it will become a super good place. 」
