「Amazing stay with lotsa entertainment from infant, toddlers, pre teens, adults 」

「I had taken a all inclusive plan for this stay. The drinks were not premium. Asked for a banana for the baby, one oytlet said go to another, another said go to another. Asked for ginger ale at the bar, said it is over and need to get it from another bar. 」

「Wifi access was limited to only one device per room. More the one device for wifi access will be subjected for extra charge. Very poor !!!」

「Great hotel with beach and pool for the kids. All inclusive drink are local brands. Beach has a kiosk with a very friend staff Tanusi who provided excellent service. Would recommend 」

「We had a wonderful stay at this amazing property. Everything from A to Z has been impeccable. The villa, the food, the staff and everything one can think of. When there was a slight glitch in one of the services, the staff not only have resolved the matter promptly but exceeded expectations in terms of service recovery. Super highly recommended especially when one wants to escape the busy city. 」

「A couple of my buddies and I played golf near by and chose the BM Beach Resort for an overnight. The room was clean and very quiet. The check in was seamless and the hospitality excellent. I will stay here again the next time I visit RAK. 」

「Overrated, photos on website totally different than reality “worse”, very small swimming pool with too much people in it “crowded”, smell of cooking is everywhere in the hotel indoor and outdoor, room’s furniture is too old. Breakfast was not fresh and tastes awful! Hotel’s rate per night versus value is too much. Not recommended at All!!! It was a real bad experience!」
