We recognize that this is not the property’s fault and they rectified the problem by transferring us to their sister hotel for the day (Mango Bay) which was absolutely beautiful. 「The staff was friendly, and the size of the resort was small so there were never any lines or a lot of people around. We could always get a chair by the pool or beach when we wanted one. There was only one bar (pool bar) and the dining was extremely limited for dinner. 「I like the convenience of the location of the hotel, the Plumbing needs to be documented by the Maids, therefore problems could be addressed before rooms are assigned to travellers. Light fixtures need cleanings, swarm of light yellow bugs crawling thru gap between the doors ultimately finding their way all over the kitchen counter is scary and unexceptable.
