「Una buona scelta considerando l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Unico difetto è che la mia camera, essendo all'interno non aveva finestre, ma solo una finestrella che dava sul corridoio. Per il resto la struttura è anche dotata di piscina, bagno turco e si possono anche fare i massaggi. La colazione è molto limitata. L'hotel non è in centro, ma a circa 1 km dalla fermata della metro. E vicino agli ospedali.」

「Check in was easy and welcoming. However, the keycard did not work and I called reception and then I had to go back downstairs for them to actually register the keycard. The facilities were good with a nice and spacious gym and pool with a refreshing water machine to drink at your disposal. There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants in this hotel but not much around the area. The most disappointing thing would have had to have been the breakfast service. 「Hilton in Baku is maybe the best hotel in the area. Especialy during our stay 18-22.april.2024 we are very content from: - beds in the room and cleanliness - last two floors are magnificient - personel - we'd like to mention especially: 1) "bell boy" name Azul/Azil ?- aged appr.50-54 years). 「This is a very European-style hotel. The hotel staff are warm, thoughtful and polite. The disadvantage is that it is not pedestrian-friendly, perhaps because of the characteristics of Baku's transportation plan. There are supermarkets nearby, and there are several restaurants within a short walk. Everything else is very good」

「The staff was what made this hotel exceptional. Everyone from the housekeeping lady to the front desk was welcoming and helpful. I especially like the homemade jam and pastries at breakfast. Great value for money and an easy 20 minute downhill walk to the metro and train station.」

「Overall, this is a very clean and modern hotel. The showers are excellent and there's a small workout room. The breakfasts are solid. Would be nice to have naturally brewed coffee in the morning instead of instant, but the selection at breakfast was very good. But the walls are very thin, so ask for a quiet room. Overall very good for long or short stay.」

「This is a nice hotel close to all the main sightseeing points and tourist attractions, also very close to a lot of great restaurants and Old City. We prefer rooms with antique style and it was the only place we could find. Hotel's staff was super-sweet, we want to especially mention Tahir who was so helpful and nice, helped us with everything and took a great care of all guests. Thanks a lot, we enjoyed our stay.」
