「Overall the hotel is very good. the service is nice and all the staffs are very friendly. However, I have to mention about the kitchen. the food is really bad. any restaurant in town cooks better than the hotels kitchen. and there are many mosquito and fly in public area.」

「Beim Check-In waren die Betreiber von meiner Ankunft überrascht, da sich die Anlage im Umbau befindet. Ich war somit der einzige Gast und es wurde schnell ein Zimmer hergerichtet. Ich hoffe nach der Generalrenovierung sind die Bäder wieder sauber und die Pools zu benutzen. Derzeit sind nur Frösche im 10cm Algenwasser. Die Sauberkeit insgesamt undinsbesondere in der Frühstücksküche sollte dringend verbessert werden. Leider funktionierte während meines Aufenthalts auch der Internetzugang nicht....

「This property is very unkempt and in very poor condition. You should not have it on your site. We stayed one night instead of the two we had booked. The staff were great and the room though old was clean. The bathroom was disgusting. The grounds were a mess. It is a shame as could be a good hotel」

「Bon hôtel, bien situé. Chambres assez spacieuses, on bien apprécié le service et notamment le petit encas de l'après midi. Nous avons déploré le bruit de la climatisation, heureusement nous avions des boules quies .....on déplore aussi la saleté de la plage mais l'hôtel n'y est pour rien.」

「我們住的是上、下兩層別墅。上層的那個客廳清涼得很十分寫意。地方清潔環境寧靜，偶爾有雞的啼叫, 小鳥叫聲。在這裡有免費下午茶及甜點提供。 早餐十分豐盛。是下單後現煮，所以要點時間 我女兒早上還跟正在拜神的服務員學拜神，他們都很有禮貌 別墅更提供手提電話，方便當客人外出後，叫車接回別墅。這裡離烏布市不遠，車程約8分鐘 在這裡可能提供奢華的感覺，沒有大型泳池，但這裡確相當迷人」

「valuable price for villa room. The ficilities were great, i especially enjoyed the outdoor shower and swimming pool. The breakfast was amazing, the staffs here were so helpful. u can not miss here. come to enjoy your vacation.」
