We loved our stay at Moose Hotel! The staff was fantastic, always offering a pleasant hello and more than willing to help with any questions or needs. We had a very short stay and were only able to use the rooftop hot tub one night. If I’m ever fortunate enough to get back to that beautiful city, I would definitely book at Moose again and utilize their amenities to the fullest! The wood burning fireplace in the lobby was also one of my favorite things - the smell was so inviting and cozy! I agree with one is the employees, they should make a candle of that scent :)

Banff is difficult to drive and park in so the easy underground was great. Good walking distance to shopping and dining.
