Clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. A lot of construction happening on the sidewalk this hotel is on...made for an adventure walking to the trains.

The room & breakfast are excellent, and the staff very helpful and courteous. However, finding a cab can be difficult during the morning & afternoons. The pool is small and actively patronized by families with children. The spa (jacuzzi & steam room) are much too small.

We stayed as a family of 4 for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Very spacious apartments with comfortable furnishings. Would have been good to have a little more equipment in kitchen but it wasn’t an issue. Breakfast very good. Kids loved the pool. Staff accommodating. Very clean and well maintained. Would stay again.

One week stay as couple for business trip
Good in many ways. Variety of items in breakfast, the facilities available such as pool and gym, a grocery shop adjecent to building, very spacious closets, a kitchenette. I appreciated eco friendliness and the card that you could use to advise if you want sheets changed or if they are still good. If i choose not to go again, it will be due the following: 1. We had a room with balcony, but neither the balcony nor the window would open. It would keep the room from having proper air circulation and there would be smells. Moreover it made me claustrophobic in some way. I asked the reception to still have the window open for a mere 10 degress, they declined, though very politely. I wonder if it was an attempt to ensure people needing to smoke with pay extra for smoking room. This was the biggest disappointment to me. 2.The area itself is not touristic and was cheaper comparatively, but I later found out that it was close to a slum area and thus one should've been careful. 3. The closest train station was 15 to 20 minutes walk, while it is not usually much for me, it was siginificant in the hot weather of bangkok which can be quite polluted as well. Next time i will prioritize being closer to a local transportation not operating by car or bus. 4. The mattress was wierd. It felt like a netted cover was on it and you could feel it. Not sure if it was due to being a weary mattress or if there was some kind of netted hard cover below sheets.

Pros: 1. Very friendly staff and house keeping 2. Staff speaks good English 3. Taxi service is available for thb2K for whole day around Bangkok 4. very good buffet breakfast 5. Convenient shop available 6. Luggage’s storage Cons: Nothing I can think of.

Nous avons êtes ravis de séjourner à Jasmine Tout est très bien le personnel nous avions été surclassé car la chambre a votre de lits les clients était très bruyants . Super hôtel surtout avec des enfants la piscine avec toboggan le seul tout petit bémol est la station BTS à 15 m.n à pieds sinon prendre la navette mais il n’y en a pas à toutes les heures .

The internet network was not working during our 5 nights stay. Staff informed us that the internet was unavailable 2 days prior our arrival. They could have informed us via email or something to let us know about their internet issue. This problem was very inconvenient for us, especially our three kids. The room itself was pretty dusty upon our check in. We have booked a triple bedroom family room, so we did paid more money for it. The housekeeping staff didnt do a good job. Pretty much the tiles areas cleaned vut some area especially the walkway to the rooms were always very duaty. Small pieces of particles were there since we checked in and still there when we checked out. Toiletries were never refilled, only refilled upon our request, obviously there were no common sense. Two layers of toilet roll left hanging but there were no spare toilet paper. No shops around the area. Do not use their taxi service or ask them to call you a taxi! Those guys at the door would rid you off badly. We wanted to go to Jodd Fair, asked those guys to get us a qoute for taxi, they told us would cost 500bath to 600bath. We booked GrabTaxi, and it costed us 174bath. Seriously, the hotel management needs to take a look into this issue. I meant if your only use a single trup, it wont be too bad, but we used more than 20 trips during our stay, so definitely does adds up. Overall, for us, we wouldn't go back there again. We were not satisfied, especially with what we paid.

A nice stay at this hotel
It was a pleasant stay at this hotel. Things were very clean. The service desk spoke English. The breakfast buffet had a very wide selection of food types and I would recommend having it. Clientel were mostly Chinese. I had a two room suite. There were two sets of cutlery, plates, utensils and a wok type pan in the kitchen . In reality you aren't going to be cooking on holiday. You receive two small bottles of water each day for free. There were some free complimentary coconut based snacks. A fridge/freezer and microwave were available.The balcony door was locked which was probably a good thing as it isn't really a place you would sit out on and only has a big drop hence a big risk. A TV was in the living room and also the bedroom. Not many English channels other than BBC World News. A safety deposit box in the bedroom cupboard. The electricity is turned on by the room card key. I confirmed that the staff remove the card after room service which means the air conditioning is turned off so you come back to a warm room. Also in my suite the living room air conditioning unit didn't work so well as the bedroom air conditioning unit. The bed was a bit harder than I would have liked. I didn't experience any outside noise which was great. I didn't experience any shower difficulties other reviewers have mentioned. The downstairs shop was great. The only main issue was the location, it being 10m from BTS Skytrain. Only two 7/11's, two massage shops, pizza shop locally so walk or taxi.

We enjoyed staying at the Jasmine Residence Hotel. Overall, the hotel was always clean, the pool was fantastic, and the breakfast offered was good. However, our hotel room had a stale smell whenever we entered the room. The bathrooms are small and there are no shower doors. We asked the front desk for recommendations on where to shop or tourist attractions, but no one was able to help and understand due to their limited English speaking. This hotel is pretty far from downtown Bangkok, please factor in that it will take about 30 minutes or more to get to places.

The property is in a quiet neighborhood! Rooms are decent, free breakfast is amazing, staffs are super helpful and friendly! Nightlife and skytrain transportation is a bit far. On the whole it’s a good place to stay and I would definitely recommend.

Up high and quiet, suitable for family to stay, staff are friendly and willing to help, the property is located not far from Siam and MBK Shopping, which can be travelling by taxi or sky train, walking distance to local market in the early morning for breakfast experience! Balcony available but no access, must be safely reason! Kitchen quite old and stove not working! Have a few hiccups the aircon! Other than that, it’s pleasant to stay.

It's an older building and you can tell but they keep the place spotless. I think the thermostat in the main room was broke because no matter what temperature I set it to, the place seemed to always be cold. The windows are not soundproof and neither are the walls. Neighbors came in late one night and it sounded like they were in my apartment. Plus, if you get a loud motorcycle outside, you'll hear that too. I didn't get in but I did check out the pool area. It looked clean and maybe a little small. But a nice area to relax. My young son and I were able to walk (about 20 min) to the sky train (BTS) station and take that to the Siam Paragon Mall so that was convenient. I thought the laundry service was a little expensive but then again we did have a lot of laundry. It cost us about $100 USD for a family of four with a decent amount of clothes. Overall, a nice place and close to the shopping district in Bangkok.

This place was very nice and quiet. Its clean and the staff are very friendly. There are some places to eat around there and a convenient store inside the hotel. The drawbacks include: a 20-25 minute drive to everything you probably want to visit, no self-service laundry (only dry clean which is a bit pricy) and they always turn off the air conditioning after cleaning so you are drench in the heat when you come back to your room. Overall, if you are looking for something moderate, this is the hotel you should choose.

We rented presidential suite with 3 bedroom 4 bathroom and was absolutely amazing. Staff were all wonderful and for most part spoke pretty good English. Restaurant downstairs was a definite plus.there was also a convenient store as well that was such a great asset to have. The pool was so nice,, quiet n clean w friendly staff. 10/10 amazing hotel and would recommend over and over.
