“This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel while in the Philippines. It is a beautiful hotel and the staff are very friendly & quick to solve any problems you may have. “It was a satisfied journey with the beaches, food and service. We stayed for 3 nights and still feel like taking more days relaxing. The food was really nice as well. However, since we can only stay in the resort for meals, restaurant's menus are the highly similar, and we get tired of having pizzas and pasta last day. And also the food are a bit over price. “It has potential but some of the areas were not available not because it’s unfinished but they make it open only for private function. (Ei:Mini Japan) The employees are kind and friendly but the staff at their Amare Restaurant wasn’t so helpful and friendly m. Very bad experience

"First off, they cannot find the booking we made and already paid via hotels.com. While I will not be quick to blame them for the missing booking (could possibly be hotels.com’s fault as well), I resent the way they manage it. They said the booking was canceled and asked us to rebook and line up again afterwards. Please note we have printed confirmation of the booking while they are unable to show any evidence of cancellation! Never mind extending assistance during our predicament. Room: Room is very squishy, not only the floor space but also hardly any table space. Service: Staff attitude at the front desk is poor. Being busy is no excuse for being unprofessional. Location: It is 800m away from the landing of Runway Manila, which is the walkway to cross from terminal 3 of airport. It is a very difficult walk especially if you have luggage or arriving at night. You’ll need to go up and down curbs, navigate through steps, cross roads, etc. Belmont hotel is right next to the landing, and there are other hotels closer if location is what you care."
