The staff were the friendliest and nicest people I have ever meet. Super cute place, great access to the water. Would definitely stay again. The room we booked was the two bedroom suit, it had only one bathroom and it was in one of the bed rooms. That was very awkward because we were there with another couple. So in order to get up and go to the bathroom at night you had to sneak past them while they slept and hope you didn’t see anything

The bathroom floor was not cleaned and the patio had bird droppings all over due to the swallows all over the property. Hard to say what one can do to get rid of those birds they’re everywhere even on the dock. The beds were very comfortable but seem clean. The staff was very nice how ever the property was a disappointment, no coffee maker in room no ice machine anywhere. I would not return.

I like to location since it’s close to The Village. However, this property needs cleaning inside rooms and outside building. Our room has poop in the shower and counters and floors were dusty. We have a balcony with garden view, but can’t open the door cuz there was a lot of bugs.

The space under bed filthy with old bandaids and other items. Sliding glass doors unlock-able making me have to sleep with gun since room on first floor. Evidence of serval lock attempted but break in evident. No air conditioner no ice machine bathroom was a mess. Room a wreck overall

I had a horrible experience and was not able to check in. I created a complaint against this hotel. I was not able to check in because they did not accommodate a room for the amount of guests I had. I requested a room to accommodate 5 adults and it was very disappointing to arrive and be told there were only two queen beds in the room. I was told I would have to book another room. If I could leave a zero rating I would because this resulted in me requesting a full refund through Expedia and finding another hotel. I was not able to stay at the lakefront lodge due to them not being able to accommodate a room for 5 adults. I opened a case for a full refund and and am beyond upset about the situation. I am firm in my request for a full refund or I will have to escalate the situation.

Lake view was GREAT! All 3 staff I interacted with, over the phone and in person, were VERY helpful & friendly. However, the rooms need a thorough cleaning and fix up. We had a noisy, rattling central heating unit in our room (which wasn’t even on, because it is Summer!) The bed linen were a mix & match, no 2 pillowcases were the same. No cups in bathroom or room. All in all, price to product ratio was off.

Staff are amazing, accomodating and friendly. Initially we were assigned to a garden view but was upgraded to lake front view. We came in late night and the staff was still there and we were treated very well. Room assigned was in great condition with complete amenities as described. There’s a decent breakfast too! Will definitely stay here again.
