「das hotel war sehr eindrucksvoll und stylisch eingerichtet👏modern mit alt…und vorallem die verschiedenen essensräume waren super schön eingerichtet und es war somit obwohl es viele gäste im hotel hatte sehr ruhig beim essen. wunderschöner park👌das essen war herrlich und die zimmer modern eingerichtet. hunde erlaubt das gefiel uns. einziger mangel für zwei hunde pro tag 45 euro und was dabei war nur zwei badetücher für vier tage (wurde nicht erneuert obwohl die sehr schmutzig waren) 🥹...

「We stayed in a large family room which was perfect for the two of us and our two children (3yo and 8mo). A portable crib was provided and the couch can be used as a twin or bunk beds. The dinner was DELICIOUS and they were more than understanding of our louder table with children. The breakfast was also great. Our wing definitely had multiple children but you couldn’t hear anything. Also loved the Scandinavian vibe of hotel. 」

「Near to the center and Xmas markets. Hotel is good and clean. From the train station to the hotel need 15 to 20 minutes walk, it was rainy on the days so is difficult. Staffs are friendly, luggage storing is provided. Staff not familiar with the Flexbus from Freiburg to Colmar, better can have the transportation information for assisting Customers.」

「The hotel is a nice, small mountain hotel. Some rooms are quite spacious, but the ones with single bed are rather small. Keep this in mind while making your choice. Can't say anything about breakfast, since I didn't have any breakfast at the hotel. The pillows are extremely soft, so much that it feels like you're sleeping without a pillow. I found it uncomfortable, but everyone has their own preference in this matter. In the rooms there isn't any bottled still water, so if you're not comfortable...

「Both the service and accommodation are good. But we missed some of the benefits of the Black Forrest red card as staff are not familiar with the card.」
