Be sure to get the breakfast because it is a feast of local flavors. Wonderful hosts who can make excellent dining recommendations. Worth the money for a once in a lifetime experience. 」

L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter les sites importants du Périgord noir. Le seul petit bémol : on pourrait fournir sel, poivre, pq, sac de poubelle, produit pour le lave-vaisselle etc. pour un petit supplément. Ainsi on ne serait pas obligé de courir toute de suite au supermarché, surtout quand on arrive tard le soir.」

「This house is charming and is well located for enjoying the Perigord. Tremolat has two great restaurants (one world class) and and good neighbourhood bar/café. The house has everything you’d want but as others have noticed, a bit less in the cupboards would help visitors stow their own kitchen stuff. I would have added one more star if there were garden furniture stuff such as parasols to cover the sitting out areas.」

「The hotel is in an excellent location with a 5 minute walk to the historical centre of Sarlat. The hotel has recently been beautifully refurbished. Breakfast is of a very high standard and great value for money. There is public paid parking in front of the hotel and you can also book paid secure parking from the hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There is a bar area that is competitively priced. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.」

La chambre est simple mais confortable. Très propre à notre arrivée et c’est appréciable. La piscine est un vrai plus en période estivale.」

「The Maison de Tari is a perfect place to stay for families looking to explore the area around Sarlat. We stayed in a family room with three small children and it suited us perfectly. All rooms had a separate outside sitting area with a large table. It had a good sized pool, a separate communal cooking and dining area, including a gas BBQ and a fridge. A great continental breakfast was provided that included fresh pastries from the local bakery, and a selection of local jams, cheeses and meats....

La directrice est très accueillante, sympathique et réactive pour les échanges. C’était parfait pour séjourner en couple le temps d’un week-end. Et si nous retournons vers Sarlat, nous y re séjournerons avec grand plaisir. Penser à réserver une place de parking auprès de l’hôtel pour s’éviter de tourner en quête d’une place en ville. 」

「Room was lovely. Spacious and warm. Bathroom could have been cleaned a bit better. Car access was interesting to say the least. Room 800m from reception on a tiny road. Need to car to go shopping, get food, etc. Met the owner at breakfast (which was great) and very friendly. Little hard to find.」
