“I rented this house to host Thanksgiving for my son and a bunch of guys in his unit at Ft Riley that couldn’t go home. The house isn’t as updated as you would think, but it was clean and comfortable and the views are breathtaking. I did have to leave a day early to stay closer to the airport. The house is located quite a way from town on back roads that have some very steep hills and quite a bit of snow came in on Saturday. You almost feel like you are driving in the mountains. I would……

“This property is Amazing. There was so much space for our family of 5 to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils and cookware you could need which was so nice not to have to eat out all the time. Our kids loved the toys, games, and coloring books available. The location is a bit out of town (we knew that upon booking) but it was ideal for privacy and an "escape" from town. We will definitely be using this property for our future Manhattan trips.”

The location was peaceful, and we enjoyed watching the birds, turkeys, and deer. The kids especially loved the art room and the bunkbed room. The host was very kind and quick to respond to questions or concerns. Overall, great trip!”

The kitchens are more like kitchenettes- only stocked with bare minimum supplies and did not provide much room for preparing meals. There was also a ton of lady bugs inside. Communication with the property manager/host was prompt when we needed it, however, more information could be provided upon arrival which would have alleviated the need to get in contact with the host. “Nice place overall. If the upstairs is rented the downstairs can get a fair amount of noise though the floor. This is not an issue obviously if no one is upstairs. We were in Manhattan for graduation so clearly a busy time with minimal vacancies. Very good location. Beds were comfy.”
