「The place was just perfect for me and my dad to grab some sleep before departing for cruise. The host were absolutely amazing. I got turned around and lost and they got me through. It was just great cause I was traveling with my 81 year-old dad and it was late when we got there. The area was very nice. There were people jogging at night and walking their dogs. Plus, it was a very short ride from there to the port would highly recommend and definitely will stay again」

「The house was an amazing find for my son’s Spring Break. We had 11 people, 3 couples and 5 boys aged 15-20. The house has 3 en suite bedrooms which was perfect. 「My 2 friends and I enjoyed our stay here. We each had our separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms between us and a spacious area to gather. The outside porch area was comfortable and shaded. We spent a lot of time there. In roughly 300 steps we were on the beach and had beautiful views of both the sun & moonrises. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, etc. The house was very clean. We enjoyed watching the iguanas sunbathe as well. We all agreed we would return! We highly recommend!」

「Overall, we have a very enjoyable stay in Margate. Several very-minor quibbles, none of which impacted our enjoyment. We searched for a private place with hot tub and pool. We got what we wanted. Margate is further from the beach than we would have liked - half hour from Pompano Beach and Lauderdale by the Sea - but that did not stop us. We went to the beach every day, went back and soaked in the hot tub. Very nice itinerary! Also, there is a very nice park with tennis and pickleball courts...

「The property was nice and neat. However it was a bit small for me and my son. My son had to sleep on the pull out sofa bed which was terribly uncomfortable with a very poor mattress. However, the apartment would be ideal and good value for a single person or couple. Overall we enjoyed our stay due to the convenience of great walking along the water front and of restaurants near by. Also the host was very easy to work with and came back to us very quickly on questions or requests.」

「Had a very enjoyable 5-night stay at the property when coming to town for a training session and charter fishing trip. Having a full size refrigerator and kitchen was very beneficial when you get a catch of Wahoo, Mahi and Tuna and have to keep them well cooled before you head home. (No way to do that effectively in a "hotel atmosphere") Mgmt staff were very responsive through texting when needed.
