「I was able to do early checkin with only a $15 dollar charge. It was clean and inviting . MY major complaint was the landscaping crew started tearing out landscaping with heavy equipment VERY first thin g in the morning. Every back up was beep beep beep, and the diesel motor to go with it.」

「The hotel is in a very scenic area of the city, on the Ohio river with free parking within a very short stroll. The Riverwatch restaurant is a bonus, as its original purpose was a barge. The residents of the city are friendly and helpful. The only thing I would recommend would be a free continental breakfast. There is a buffet, but costs more than I would pay.」

「This hotel was a nice place to crash while doing a weekend race. The receptionist was very friendly. It was extremely clean and well-maintained. But I had two complaints. One, the sheets were very rough. And two, we had a double room suite, and neither room where the beds were had TVs. The only TV was in the common area where the kitchen and pullout sofa were. Which was very disappointing and inconvenient. Also, the only air-conditioning unit was in that same common area and not in the bedrooms....

「Exceptionally clean, incredibly comfortable ! The staff were fun and friendly with great suggestions for local restaurants, etc. The room we stayed in was updated and not stuffed with unnecessary furnishings. The bed in our room was so comfortable that we are trying to find out the info about what we slept on - haven't slept that well in a long time and we're in the market for a new bed ! Complimentary breakfast was good. Nothing to write home about, basic fare - scrambled eggs, sausage links,...

「We came for the spartan race at Perfect North Slopes, I loved the fact that the hotel was only 10 minutes from the venue. We had multiple issues with the room when we arrived between one of the paintings falling off and the shower not working, but the staff were amazing and got everything fixed for us. 」

I see there have been complaints about the RR passing through town and shaking the apartment a bit, but I did not find that too disturbing. The deck is very relaxing as is the area in general.」

「Just remember, you are CAMPING! There’s no luxury to going here at all. If you book a deluxe cabin it’s not marble bath tubs and gold faucets, the only difference is a little more room and a tv. Take plenty of bug repellent because the mosquitos will eat you alive.」
