「We have booked the regular twin rooms with partial sea view but the hotel can only offered us rooms facing the road. Even we already mentioned that our requirement while checkin , but turn out they have not set the twin beds while check in and we have to wait. For the facilities, they do not provide iron and which need extra cost for the ironing service which we found unacceptable.」

「Need to take 15mins bus to old town (15kn) per person one way. Frequent bus #6 service The beach nearby is clean and clear. Buffet variety is good but the dining room is filled of oily smell.」

「第一天入住，對於窗外的景色不甚滿意，因為是訂海景房，但看出去的景色被附近的地形及建物擋住八九成，對於這樣的海景房有些失望。透過 Hotels.com 的意見回復，隔天，飯店的接待經理立刻幫我換房間，還出面跟我解說，服務好的讓我有點受寵若驚。雖然是商務出差，大部分時間都得出門去開會，但是每天早上起床躺在床上看到美麗的海景，心情還是高興的。可惜是冬天來住，湛藍的海水跟美麗的海灘都無法使用，希望有機會可以再來這邊住，享受一下美麗的海灘跟清澈的海水。」

「I will definitely be returning to this hotel, it is marked as a 3 star, but honestly you will feel as though you’re in a 4 star hotel. Amazing facilities, staff are amazing (I cannot fault anyone, so thank you all - especially the 2 gents in the evenings, they were super helpful and friendly, I sadly didn’t get their names but they were working on Tues&Wed night this week). 「The hotel is part of Importanne Resort, easily accessed by Bus Line 6 (final stop). Stayed a balcony room with panoramic sea view on Floor 5, which affords a very good view of the sea without being blinded by the sun. Tour groups also use this hotel and these passengers would take their breakfast very early in the morning. Their movement and noise may be the only negative point I can think of. Otherwise I find the hotel a pleasant place to stay with peaceful surroundings and frequent bus...

「飯店後方海灘景色漂亮，櫃臺人員很親切，早餐跟晚餐雖然簡單，但吃飽沒問題哦！飯店內沒有電梯，需是手扛行李上樓，不過歐洲很多飯店都是沒電梯的，習慣就好！」

「Hôtel magnifique, moderne, avec de belles prestations. Les chambres sont spacieuses, et très bien équipées. La vue est splendide. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est « royal », très varié.」

「New hotel offered good rate in non peak seasons. The room is small but new and good condition. If the shower got better glass shield and floor not so wet from the shower would have been even better. The bed sheet and comforter are not as silky smooth and good so there is room to improve. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with good restaurants and supermarkets. 10-15 mins bus ride to old town Good wifi fast check in and staff are friendly and speak good English.」
