「Clean & tidy, staff are nice👍will stay again」

「I stayed in Ruffles siem reap for my first time and I was there for my honeymoon, their service was excellent with very attentive friendly staff, everything was taking care of very well. The swimming pool Was massive and comfortable and prefect for getting a bit of sun tan during my holiday.this hotel treat every customer as a special guest, they welcoming me with a brunch of very beautiful lotus flower they tidy up the room in the evening as well as in the morning so I can just relax myself in...

「Clean and stylish hotel. Staff are very nice, always smiling and provide help. Good location next to the national museum. The French restaurent is very good, but only open for dinner. Food quality in the other restaurant Citadel needs to be improved though.」

Mesdames et messieurs, voici la seul hitel au monde , batie en tour de 30 etages qui vous offre ..... une chambre sans fenêtre ni aeration. Quand au service.... nattendez rien d'eux, ils sont 15 serveuds pour 10 clients et ils oublient votre commande ( 3 fois en 3 jours ) des champions du monde ! Quand au quartier de l'hotel.... je ne peux que vous laisser des photos car difficilement explicable, si cz...

「Very friendly stuff. Hotel is quite new, very nice built, everyone has his privacy, the beach is beautiful, sun beds are big, and included. Only downside is breakfast - small choice of western kind of meals, if someone can not eat local food in morning.」

「房間很多壞了都沒有維修，越來越舊了」

「Close to Angkor, the road in front of hotel is terrible.」

「I think the hotel is not worth the price. The hotel is lack of facilities, only a pool with restaurant and a minibar. Moreover, the housekeeping service is horrible. I suspect those staff didn't replace the bed sheet coz I found it not tidy. More than that, the housekeeping guy took the sleepers away and didn't replace it with a new one. When I ask them to gimme a sleeper, they gimme a jandal instead and none of the staff understands what I want. And finally I come to reception and tell them...
