「I called the hotel before our stay to ask if there was a refridgerator in the room. They said there was not one in the room we had reserved but when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to find one, so we appreciated them putting us in as room with a refridgerator. Only minor complaint was having trouble finding power outlets for our devices - will probably just have to travel with a power strip. Otherwise staff was very friendly, hotel and room was very clean and atmosphere was perfectly...

Managers aren't always around and available to assist. Stairways and outdoor walkways might be hard to access for somebody who is disabled or who has trouble getting around.」
