3 Jul 2019Cascade is a very small peaceful town at the entrance to Pikes Peak. The surrounding countryside is stunning. There is very easy access to surrounding large towns via the freeway.

"Property is literally across the street from the entrance to the Pikes Peak Highway. Just a couple minutes from downtown Manitou Springs. Hostess is very gracious and serves excellent breakfast baked goods and fruit for breakfast."
