「The hotel decor is modern. Room is a bit on the small side, but cozy and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Staff is friendly. Overall, we have an enjoyable comfortable stay. Location is great, opposite to a shopping mall, and close to a few eatery 」

「Im always looking for helpful reviews so here it comes. 1. Hotel is extremely clean, tidy, modern decor, and well kept 2. Pool is small but has a cute area around it to sit 3. Amenities are beautifully decorated, restaurant and coffee shop right in the lobby 4. Literally 5 min walk to the Santa Monica pier, lovely area with a nice beach and fun for kids and adults 5. Pretty central location to the rest of the areas in california 6. Parking is extremely expensive so beware ($60 a night)...

「1. The staffs not very tentative to our needs, gave poor instructions to room. We were looking for 16th floor and the elevator only has15 floors. 2. The lights in the room very dim and some lights didn’t even work. 3. The TV connection was not stable and hang at times. 4. The water pressure sometimes passable and often weak. 5. We stayed for 4 nights and only got 2 bottles of water the first day. It was not refill on daily cleaning. 6. The coffee was bad. Overall, I expected more from W...
