「Comfortable stay」

「Beautiful view and large apartment!」

「The apartment was pristine and the location superb. Arrival instructions were detailed and our early arrival was willingly accommodated. The hosts communicated promptly and supplied so many extras that we didn't need to pick up any suppplies after our arrival. We felt at home right away. We were able to do laundry with a mini laundromat on site. While it was a bit cool for swimming, the pool was clean and appealing. My only complaint was that our stay was too short!」

「We really enjoyed our stay. We traveled all the way from NZ with our 3 teenage kids. We all had a place to sleep, including the use of the fold out couch. The property was nice and clean and we even trained at a local gym which was a 2 minute walk away My only complaint was the noise from people staying above us. The floors are VERY thin and they were VERY noisy right up until 2 in the morning!! We could hear everything and I got barely any sleep for the first 2 nights. Thankfully they moved on...

「The place was very clean and it was in a good neighborhood - very safe. Two different doors to get inside as it’s a shared double unit place. The cons would be the beds were uncomfortable and then the place needs some hand towels in kitchen/baths.」

「We enjoyed our three nights here it was conveniently located and only about a 10 minute drive to Universal Studios. We also were able to walk too many places for dinner and groceries we felt very secure inside and the parking and gate keys were great. We will definitely come back next time we are in the area. 「We had an issue where our vehicle was accidentally blocking a neighbor's driveway while we were stuck away at an event. Julio was able to work out a solution to carefully move the vehicle instead of having it towed, which saved us a lot of inconvenience. The place was very comfortable and easy to stay in!」

「The apartment is located a couple of blocks from downtown Long Beach. Typical traffic/noise you would get from any large older building. The unit itself is clean and has everything you need. The convention center was very close. The private parking space was a huge bonus.」

「Don't hesitate to book a stay here. The neighborhood is lovely, upscale and very safe. There is always parking out front. Host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed with beautiful upkeep of the property. Easy and quick access to all of LA but you still feel just outside of city life. Excited to return soon and try the pool in warmer weather.」

「Host was very pleasant and accommodating. Location was perfect. Walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants and entertainment. Private parking was also a nice feature. Some things were dated. Bread spread had holes and blinds were broken. And I wasn’t pleased that the heater did not work. It was absolutely freezing in the house. However, I did not reach out to the owner. I figure you get what you pay for」
