"For people who are traveling more than a week needs to adjust jet lag. Come on the way about Justin Jetlag is to utilize sauna and nap. All other five star hotels that executive people uses souna with the sleeping room. Only this hotel will not let us use sleeping room…. I hope the Grand Lotte Seoul Hotel will change the policy and let us use this sauna and sleeping room."

"The location was fantastic unlike I expected. I always stayed at Lotte City Hotel Gimpo Airport but Lotte City Hotel Guro is much better in terms of the eatery places and other facilities. The parking was also very convenient. I was surprised that there were so many foreigners because Guro is not the tourist place."
