「We travel to this area every year and have stayed at a variety of different VRBOs. This one was by far our favorite. The house was nice with amenities. The owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive. We had no issues checking in and they answered all questions extremely fast.」

But the little details that needed attention were lacking. We were pleased that the management responded to all of our concerns and sent staff to take care of repairs and pool issues. 「My family and I travel to Orlando often for vacation and this is one of the best, if not thee best home we have stayed in yet. We traveled with 6 children and 4 adults and everyone LOVED the home. The neighborhood was great. What we loved most was that there was a shuttle that picked us up and took us to the amenity centers. The in home movie theater and game room was WONDERFUL. The pool and jacuzzi was also great. There is nothing negative I could say about this home and we will be back.」

Very thick dust on the TV box, Beds didn't have fitted sheets, the Queen bedroom upstairs the tub didn't drain, sticky floors, the patio furniture is so badly rusted that the legs are broke. I tried messaging the owner the day we got there about using the grill and I'm home now and still no response. Overall I would never rent this home or any home in champions gate ever again.」

「We stayed 2 nights with 2 young kids. We had a blast outside with the wave pool, lazy river and water slides. The room was ok. Beds were comfy. The coffee maker was not clean and when we moved the side table to eat there was something gross on under it. Otherwise the place was very clean. Everyone was very nice minus a lady in the cafe.
