Here is a list as requested, with all the problems we’re having in our rental house.1. The AC upstairs has been broken since we arrived and it has been unbearable in the orlando heat to not have it working properly, we reached out to have someone fix it and they have still not come.2. the outdoor space was very problematic and unprepared for guests, there were broken tree branches and old dead trees all over, the pool was dirty and the outdoor seating is all mismatched with dirty unkept cushions. The space was completely run down and unimpressive. A pool like this should be cleaned and well prepared for new guests before arrival, however we had to ask for pool cleaners and landscapers to come and upkeep the pool, which also took a few days.3. when we asked for new cushions for the pool, we were ignored for a few days, then given only 4 new cushions when there are 10 chairs outside, and then we eventually got a delivery of more cushions but are still waiting for someone to come and assemble them properly (unless we are expected to do that?!)4. the garbage has not been collected in a timely fashion, and it was extremely unorganized. We ended up having raccoons eating all the garbages and making a huge mess outside as it was not picked up when we were told it would be.5. the game room is a complete mess, multiple games dont work properly and there is a massive leak which is extremely scary and dangerous near all the electricity in that room.
