“the room is so big and nice”

“May be a downside to booking this resort through Expedia. The app didn’t work and they delayed us entry into our room.”

“They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. ”

“I hope the elevator service can be improved, each elevator ride requires a wait of about ten to twenty minutes.”

“This is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. If I have another chance to go to Orlando, I will also choose this resort, and I will let my friends choose!”

“The bathroom was with cockroaches, dirty bacon with sticky black material, no sign of do not disturb so they entered the room without my consent. A lamp without a bulb, a TV without control, a broken elevator and the other dirty. A quality disaster. The only good thing was the pool and the location facing the beach.”

“Sandestin is a beautiful resort with beautiful golf course options. If you are expecting a room with beachside access without a tram ride, be aware that very few room options are actually beachside. The listing said it was on the beach, so we assumed we would get beachside, but ended up quite a distance from the beach. Definitely not in walking distance. The Sandestin beach is wonderful and so relaxing. However, be aware that you will have to pay quite a bit to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella……

“Great location but this is probably one thing that I found great at this place. Room without place for the cloths- needed to ask for few hangers. Kitchenette with random pieces like three unnecessary lids for non existent pants. No cups, random plates. Curtains with mini holes in random places. I did not use any of the advertised pools - either too small ( maybe good for kids) or water with the questionable quality ( lazy river). The place needs refresh and updates - it is old and this is……
