“the room is so big and nice”

“Only thing this place needs is shuttles to the Disney parks other than that no complaints.”

“They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. ”

“This is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. If I have another chance to go to Orlando, I will also choose this resort, and I will let my friends choose!”

“It’s a nice property. The particular unit we were in was nice, but there was a problem with the air conditioning unit. It made a terrible loud sound, so we didn’t get good sleep for two nights. I had to turn the air off so that it wouldn’t blow and make the loud sound. So basically we had to be hot, but I preferred that over the loud noise. After informing them, they came to fix it on our third day there, so we were able to sleep a lot better afterwards. The only other issue was the bed. We had……
