“the room is so big and nice”

“Everything was perfect! The staff were kind, helpful and extremely accommodating!”

“They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. ”

“This is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. If I have another chance to go to Orlando, I will also choose this resort, and I will let my friends choose!”

“I hope the elevator service can be improved, each elevator ride requires a wait of about ten to twenty minutes.”

“Housekeeping barely came around and when they did it was at 7am when were all sleeping. Had to go down to the front desk anytime we needed towels and toilet paper. Their card readers didn’t work at all so they had to type in peoples card numbers each time. Not safe! Couldn’t buy anything from downstairs after 10pm, parking sucked drain was clogged so bad in the bathroom water wouldn’t go down. Pillows were nasty and outdated. Go buy $4 pillows at Walmart. The list could go on. For how much……

“I loved the beautiful lobby, our room with beach view, Jolene restaurant, pool side bar with menu (to eat poolside), we enjoyed the pier with a bar and restaurant, the hotel is right on the beach too, and they gave my daughter the cutest Birthday treat! Everyone who works there were so kind and the rooms are super clean and new. Oh, let me not forget how comfortable the beds and pillows are! I slept like a newborn baby! We will be back, thank you all for your exceptional service.”
