“the room is so big and nice”

“Absolutely amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, it felt like we had traveled out of the country to a luxury resort. The grounds are stunning, beautifully maintained, and every area feels upscale and welcoming. We loved the location of our villa, which made it easy to enjoy all the amenities. The included activities and water attractions kept our family entertained the entire stay. The service was outstanding, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the drinks were fantastic. Our kids……

“They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. ”

“This is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. If I have another chance to go to Orlando, I will also choose this resort, and I will let my friends choose!”

“I hope the elevator service can be improved, each elevator ride requires a wait of about ten to twenty minutes.”

“From check in to check out the customer service was extremely wonderful. At the time of check in there was a man who wasn't friendly to the front desk clerk Anthony but that didn't stop Anthony from doing his job or being polite to him or anyone else. Great job Anthony! Wonderful place ill definitely be booking my next stay here also. The view of the ocean every morning was breathtaking. Thank you for a wonderful vacation”

“We felt like for the money they could’ve offered us free coffee, daily free, cold water. You know something to that effect but we got nothing extra.”

“We stayed at the last minute and had a great beach view. We really didn’t have to leave because it’s like a miniature resort in some ways. Very family and pet friendly. It was clean and had plenty of parking. There are indoor pools and play areas and a nice little boardwalk that you can sit and watch the beach from if you don’t want to go down to the beach. And there’s the bar and karaoke area on the beach side as well. They also have a gift shop with some basic items like clothing and gifts……

“I would give it a five-star rating, but it is four because the windows do not open at all, and I needed the fresh air in the room. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.”
