“the room is so big and nice”

“Everything was perfect! The staff were kind, helpful and extremely accommodating!”

“They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. ”

“We booked this property last minute due to availability. The price was reasonable and allowed us to access the beach easily even though we didnt stay on the beach side. We were able to buy ice for the cooler right at the front desk. Basically we just needed a place to shower and nap...it worked well for us. Would book it again.”

“Absolutely loved it here! The room was clean, housing keeping came by to bring fresh towels. It is walking distance from the beach and local restaurants. It is also super close to the shopping outlets! I wish the pool was bigger but I would definitely book again!”

“I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us. Other than that, everything is okay for us. I would……

“We enjoyed our staycation at this location. Walking distance to some great restaurants. The food at the hotel was great as well. Staff were helpful and polite. We traveled with a 1 year old and it was very comfortable. The crib worked out great. Would recommend and stay here again”
