“Came two times a month apart and hot tub was not working either time. The bass from the loud music was too much and gave me a headache. From the room, you don't hear the music, just loud thumping noise from the bass- not enjoyable. The AC was difficult to control. Complimentary chocolate chip cookies were wonderful and the restaurants have very good food.”

The guys who did ballet Parking works exceptionally nice and understanding. We would stay here again I highly recommend it.”

I had to be on the phone for over 2 hours trying to get instructions on how to get to the apartment, and at the end I wasn't given the code for the door. The agent that was assigned to the property stopped replying before making sure I'm checked in, when I called the customer support number, a guy there told me he can only help with the reservation, but not the door code.
