“Apartment was very easy for check-in, and suited our needs well for our stay here. Bedrooms were as pictured. Few repairs needed to areas of floor that they are aware of and started work on while we were away during the daytime. Would certainly return. Host VERY responsive to questions and concerns, and responded very quickly.”

“Perfect crash pad for a St. Pete visit. As others noted, the dock isn't attached to the property, but it's literally right across the street; you see the water and dock from your front door. Simple, clean, great a/c, comfy. Only issue was with Expedia--the site went down, no reason given, and I was unable to access the door code when we first tried to check-in. I also never got the original check-in email from the host, but again, I put the blame for that on Expedia, as our host responded very……

“This is a cute little self-contained cottage in a quiet area of Saint Pete, walkable to the pier and restaurants. The step down to the kitchen would be an issue for anyone with balance or mobility issues. Air-conditioning worked great. Amenities were fine, beds were comfortable. Bathroom could use a little bit of trim work, but overall the place is very nice for the cost. The host was very responsive to all of my questions. We enjoyed our stay.”
