“The property is nicely furnished and clean. All staged, therefore furniture is somewhat uncomfortable. Although two bedrooms, the rest of the house is small. Listing stated the unit has a dishwasher, but unfortunately it doesn’t. Big surprise, glad we only stayed one week. Neighborhood not walkable. Property manager was responding via text only, however responded to issues quickly and satisfactory. Parking right in front of unit which we appreciated. Fenced unit nice for puppies.”

“We had an amazing stay here during Yankees weekend! Communication with the owner, Chanda, was immediate and made everything seamless from the start! Such kindness and quick responses. The location is perfect—less than 5 miles from Tropicana Field and close to everything. Walmart, Publix, and Keke’s Breakfast Cafe are all within a mile, plus Portillo’s just 2.5 miles away.The home is comfortable and well-equipped. Beds were very cozy, and all linens, towels, and toiletries were provided. We loved……

“Wow wow wow! What a perfect stay from start to finish. Coordinator Lisa was thorough and detailed with info in advance and ensured the really lovely home was ready in all ways -- it was spotless, stocked with extra snacks & good9es (!!) and decorated in a terrific way that felt like a home and not just another rental. Extra kudos for having a code on the door so the four of us in the house didn't have to share one key (please tell more of your VRBO rentals to do this!!!) Lisa continued to be……

“Rental has eveything you need for a great place to stay at the beach. Beach chairs, bikes and a cooler. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance. Host is awesome and is quick to reply if you have questions. Will be returning next year!”

“Nice house, good location, nice back yard and patio area, clean. Towel bar in bathroom fell off wall, closet organizer fell from wall in bedroom, gas grill(new) did not have gas orifice in burner control so that burner did not work. Ice machine in refrigerator did not work. With my knowledge of DIY projects these were not put together correctly causing the problems. Other than these few missteps the place is very nice, ”
