「House was clean. Everything was as advertised. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.」

「The property is nicely furnished and clean. All staged, therefore furniture is somewhat uncomfortable. Although two bedrooms, the rest of the house is small. Listing stated the unit has a dishwasher, but unfortunately it doesn’t. Big surprise, glad we only stayed one week. Neighborhood not walkable. Property manager was responding via text only, however responded to issues quickly and satisfactory. Parking right in front of unit which we appreciated. Fenced unit nice for puppies.」

「The host was very responsive. The house was as described. Great location to Pinellas trail. Was able to ride bike into downtown easily on the bikes provided with the rental. We had a wonderful time with our first trip to St. Petersburg. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Nice house, good location, nice back yard and patio area, clean. Towel bar in bathroom fell off wall, closet organizer fell from wall in bedroom, gas grill(new) did not have gas orifice in burner control so that burner did not work. Ice machine in refrigerator did not work. With my knowledge of DIY projects these were not put together correctly causing the problems. Other than these few missteps the place is very nice, 」

「Awesome place. Very cozy and comfortable. Nicely decorated, all appears brand new. Comfortable king beds, they seem to have thought of every detail. If you forget something don’t worry they will have it there for you. Full sized new washer and dryer. Quiet small patio for morning coffee. Only suggestion is a small kitchen table- but guessing they are adding this in the future. Will definitely be returning! Thanks!!」

「We came for a wedding and didn’t do too much else. Yet we did go shopping down town. Went to Dali Museum and Sunken Gardens which thoroughly enjoyed. 」
