「Not a good stay overall. The amenities were nice, and access to the beach and pools was convenient and enjoyable. However, the room was in very poor condition. First, check-in was supposed to be at 4:00 PM, but we didn’t receive our room until 5:45 PM. Although they offered us a late check-out, it didn’t make up for the issues we experienced.
