「The hotel does not allow early check-in unless you pay a fee. We even contacted them ahead of time and still had to wait 3 hours to get into our room. The hotel website is very deceiving about how well it is maintained or updated. The pics on their site only show the best parts of the hotel. 「This trip was supposed to be something special for my family. For starters there was a huge wasp nest on our balcony, which we were told would be taken care of - never was. Then our AC stopped working - they did offer to move us but by then it was day 3 of our trip. I was told that they were going to waive our pet fee and resort fees for the ‘inconvenience’, but haven’t seen that happen yet either. The elevators have only worked about half the time, and there is no AC in elevators or main lobby...

「I checked in late, no a/c in the room and I was in for the night by 11pm after driving around to find food so hot and miserable I checked out before 8am couldn’t sleep after 2 showers but room was large view was nice. I didn’t see anywhere there breakfast to have.」
