「Not enough elevators... It sounds minor but it's hot in Florida and waiting through 5 elevator cycles to get on an elevator with your luggage is not fun. The elevators are always busy. We've been to this hotel 3 times and this will be our last visit. The hotel is old, the new company that bought the place brought the atmosphere down, the pools are crowded, the beach is not as clean as it used to be, and you have to wait for everything. 「Honestly a very underwhelming stay. Service was disappointing at pretty much every single touch point. The woman checking us in did NOT want to be there which made for an extremely awkward first experience. Next day headed to the beach around 5pm since every pool chair was taken, and were curtly told “we take the umbrellas in in 30minutes.” That was it…didn’t offer towels, didn’t elaborate further. 「I checked in late, no a/c in the room and I was in for the night by 11pm after driving around to find food so hot and miserable I checked out before 8am couldn’t sleep after 2 showers but room was large view was nice. I didn’t see anywhere there breakfast to have.」

「This was by far the worst vacation and the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The rooms were okay and seemed fairly new, but the towels were extremely limited, and the same went for the toilet paper.
