“I booked this property for the location and price and expected just cheap airport hotel, but this was way beyond my expectations! Staff was so friendly and reassured me as my flight kept getting delayed and were able to check me in 2AM. The suite itself was spacious and was very clean. We had a very minimal issue with the toilet, called the front desk and the friendly maintenance man was at our room within minutes and fixed it quickly no problem. “Although there was a plametto bug in our room, the staff was quick to change our room since it was still alive and we were too grossed out to try and get rid of it. The staff was super friendly at all times no matter the time of day or night. Everyone was friendly. The breakfast was also a plus!”

“The parking was good and it's nice it was on the corner of busy roads. It was close to the arena we were going to for a concert. The lobby smelled amazing (air freshener). The staff was nice. The pool was nice. The window view from our room was great. The only thing that wasn't great was our order at the coffee place in the lobby was wrong (we ordered cold, not hot). She was too busy for me to ask her to correct it, and we couldn't even drink the coffees. They were disgusting. Wasted $14. ”
