“the room is so big and nice”

“Absolutely amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, it felt like we had traveled out of the country to a luxury resort. The grounds are stunning, beautifully maintained, and every area feels upscale and welcoming. We loved the location of our villa, which made it easy to enjoy all the amenities. The included activities and water attractions kept our family entertained the entire stay. The service was outstanding, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the drinks were fantastic. Our kids……

“They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. ”

“As someone who typically chooses Hilton properties and has always had positive experiences, I was extremely disappointed with this stay. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, there was a dog barking almost constantly. We notified the hotel, but nothing was ever done to address the issue. If I wanted to listen to a dog bark throughout my entire stay, I would have simply brought my own dog with me. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. We discovered old blood stains on……

“I was disappointed by my experience at this hotel. While the property itself was fine, the way I was treated regarding my service dog was unacceptable. I informed the staff that my dog is a legitimate service animal, yet I felt that my statement was questioned and doubted. Instead of being treated with respect, I was made to feel as though I was being dishonest. As a result, I was charged a pet fee that, according to the rules regarding service animals, should not have been charged. What upset……
