「Great service」

「DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! VERY NASTY PLACE. Feels more like a homeless shelter. Empty pool, pee in corridors, filthy, nasty furniture; had young female to share a room with a big, grown man. Potentially very dangerous situation. The place was an absolute dump, could not stay here, not even one night--booked for 5 nights and didn't get a refund, not even for one night.」

「Staff was very helpful and responsive. Location is great! Place is in bad disrepair. Electrical outlet in bathroom was unusable, cracked and rusted. Caulk in bathroom was cracked, dirty and separated. “Memory Foam” mattress was very uncomfortable, I felt like a rotisserie chicken flipping all night from pain. Continental breakfast was pancakes, syrup only, nothing else at all. AC control not accessible to individual rooms.」

「I booked for two adults and was told there was only room for 1 as my uber pulled up from the airport. Tried to message and call the property owner multiple times before my stay about how to check in and didnt get a reply until expedia themselves called. I ended up having to emergency book another stay while at the airport and never even saw the property. Owner was underatanding and offered a refund. If you book here make sure to contact well in advance.」

「The property in itself was great. It’s like a little oasis. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Although it’s a dormitory, the privacy with each bunk, gave me personal privacy which i loved. Each bunk came with a light and a plug for your electronics, with privacy curtains for your own space. It was very quiet and peaceful. They also accommodated my extra luggage, which I’m thankful for. I stayed for two nights and I was impressed. Thank you for a great stay」
