“Don’t stay here.”

“We booked three rooms for a concert weekend and unfortunately did not end up staying at this property. Upon entering the rooms, we found bugs present, strong smoke odors, stained bedding, and overall unsanitary conditions, including hair left in one of the sinks. We immediately returned to the front desk, returned the room keys, and informed staff that we would not be staying overnight. The most frustrating part of the experience was the difficulty resolving the refund afterward. Expedia……
