“This was our first time renting a private home rather than a hotel, but it was closer to where we wanted to be than any hotel. We had no idea what we were waking in to! It was AMAZING! the property was SO beautiful.. “Great place...just as advertised.. Would definitely stay there again. It was in the middle of everything which was nice. there are a few items that would make it even better.. I would suggest that you invest in a TV antenna (from Walmart or Amazon) so your guests can at least watch local channels. We're not movie people and if someone that's staying there doesn't have a netflix or hulu account, it doesn't do much good.
