"Upon check in we were pleasantly surprised based on some of the harsh reviews we had seen. A very nice big space for us to relax in and the villa was situated in a quiet and secure community. A nice little welcome pack provided us with some cleaning products and the house was fully stocked with fresh towels for use which was a bonus. Beds were very comfortable and the air con was welcomed greatly. The pool was bigger than we anticipated from the pictures, very clean and had its chemical levels...

"Had a fantastic 2 weeks at Klaus's villa. Great communication before we left and checked everything was ok whilst we were in villa . The location is great in a quiet spot in a very nice estate. My kids (in early 20s) wanted to go to Disney and with it so close they took an Uber and was reasonable . My wife and I pottered about visiting local sites of interest. Louisa state park just 5 miles up the road and it was very good. So many nice spots like that . Supermarket less than a mile away and...

"Easy reservation from start to finish. Great communication with all involved. Villa was very clean and a generous supply of starter items needed to feel as if you were home, saved a trip to the store. The pool and spa were great, perfect temperature and we were able to watch the Disney fireworks from the spa. Beds were very comfortable and the two Disney rooms were decorated so nicely. If you have a two families traveling togother, this would be a perfect spot to stay, plenty of room."

"The house was wonderful and spacious. Beautiful clean pool and fun game room. Only complaint is the neighbors across the street parked there cars directly if front of the driveway across the street on there side so it made backing out extra tricky. Other than that it was wonderful."

"We loved the property overall! The themed rooms were perfect for our Disney loving family! There was plenty of space for all 8 of us as well. The good: close to the Bronson club house; plenty of room in the house, very clean!!! There was a baby gate for the stairs, but only one- so watch littles. We did have to buy a pack n play for our 1 year old, but the Harry Potter room had the perfect beds for our 2 year old! It wasn’t five minutes from the parks, but it was still very close and avoided...

"We enjoyed our stay in clermont. The house was inviting from the moment we walked in. The heated pool and hot tub was a hit for everyone. We spent lots of time outside just enjoying the quiet and watching the birds and sounds. There is a Publix right down the street if you need to pick up groceries. If I find myself in this area again I certainly will try and book this house."

"This home is comfortable, cool and clean. It has all that you need. The pool was wonderful. The neighborhood feels safe. Disney parks are about a 25 minute drive due to traffic (about 12-14 miles), so not bad at all. Plenty of stores, restaurants nearby and Wawa on the corner. Hosts are kind and great with communication and all codes sent to us worked immediately. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Thank you."
