「Location, cleaniness, size」

「This place is great! From the day we booked, Myrtle was immediately available to answer all of our questions and made everything very easy for us. The villa itself is in a perfect location, very close to all the parks and lots of restaurants too. It is next to a beautiful lake which is visible from the lounge window and we could even see fireworks across the lake in the evenings. There were 6 (adults) of us staying and we had everything that we wanted. There is a large Walmart just down the road...

「We had a lovely family vacation at this well presented villa in March and April. The games room is a real bonus. The property is well situated in a quiet gated community with golf, cycle rides and amenities close by. Close enough to Disney and Universal parks but allow extra time for the heavy traffic. The owner was very responsive. On arrival the pool heater was down and the owner had it repaired within a day. We are very happy to recommend this villa.」

「Perfect size house for our family of 8! The house was very clean and the beds quite comfortable. It was so nice to have a pool to cool off in at the end of the day. The A/C in the house worked fantastic too! We appreciated the closeness of the property to the Disney Parks, and its location being close to restaurants and grocery/Wal-Mart. Check-in process was very easy…good instructions were provided. It was very convenient to have a washer/dryer so that we could wash our sweaty/damp clothes...
