"The pool area is very nice and clean. The hallways were kept clean also. The only downside to this hotel was the staff!!! We stayed here for 5 nights and had to fight with staff everyday to get our room cleaned and never once did they come! We had to leave the garbage outside (dirty diapers and all left in front of door) you go out all day come back tired and want to come back to a clean room.. that’s not the case here! We would come back and have to call up front desk and they kept saying they were behind and we were next and nobody ever came and cleaned the rooms! It was terrible. And forget about asking for extra towels or anything’ it would take them over 4 hours and 10 phone calls later. Other than that the pool area is fun and nice. Make sure you book at one of the towers because those rooms are more nicer and newer. The location itself thou is prime. Close to everything. Would we stay here again? Nah"

"Staff was extremely rude while checking in, was NOT informed there was an additional $300 hold on a major credit card, women at front desk refused to use a debit card while talking badly in Spanish not realizing I speak fluent Spanish. Extremely unprofessional. We arrived Saturday- house keeping didn’t clean/replace towels, until Monday night when we left Tuesday morning. My watch and money was missing from the room which we locked one of the bedroom doors prior to heading down to the pool. Food was horrible, I ordered chips and salsa and 2 drinks. Total amounted to $74 AFTER tip when I did not tip on my card, we left $5 cash. 0/10 recommend- room was not even clean when we arrived, AFTER speaking with front desk yet again, was told hotel is completely full so we cannot change rooms but there was still reservations thru Expedia & on the grove website. Never again, very disappointed!!!"

"Excelente servicio, el lugar muy bonito, inicialmente nos quedamos un día, y después decidimos quedarnos las semanas completa, ya que el lugar y precio era excelente, Carolina mls brindo un excelente servicio,muy amable. Super recomendado."

"The hotel is poorly designed, it’s hard to get around. We had to cross pools to get to the lobby or else walk around multiple buildings. It’s very big but only has one restaurant on site with limited choices. There is no water refilling stations, you must purchase water. The pools are small and very busy, not much staff onsite to help."
