"The property is good looking, no carpets on the floors which is great. The room had a good size, with 2 queen beds and a separate room with a sofa bed, a kitchen with mini fridge, microwave and sink. Related to the cleaningless, the room was not dirty but it didn't feel clean either. The pool area was good for the day we spent at the hotel but the day of the check-out we tried to enjoy a bit the pool but we couldn't because it was closed for a facade maintenance and had a machine at the pool area. Also, breakfast was really poor comparing to other hotels from Orlando, and last day they ran out of eggs and milk. Staff is there to do their job. What it's ok, but being nice to people never killed anyone. "

"It was very nice and clean. There were many amenities offered that are very convenient. We had a quick stay and weren’t there very long so I definitely want to come back to stay and get the full experience."

"I’ve stayed at multiple Rosen Inns in the area and have always enjoyed my visits. The rooms are spacious and include convenient amenities like a mini fridge and microwave. I didn’t use the pool during my most recent stay, but it looked very clean and well maintained. My main frustration, however, was with the laundry room. I understand Rosen likely uses a third-party vendor, but there are definitely opportunities for improvement. The website states the machines are coin-operated, so I came prepared with quarters. Unfortunately, the washers and dryers don’t accept quarters—you have to purchase tokens (which were actually CiCi’s Pizza tokens), and the machine only accepts dollar bills. Around 10 PM, I went to do laundry before my flight home and realized my quarters were useless. I drove to Walgreens to get a $10 bill since the machine indicated it accepted $1, $5, and $10 bills. When I returned, the machine wouldn’t accept my $10, so I had to make another trip to a convenience store just to get smaller bills. Even after finally starting my laundry, only one dryer was working—and it was constantly in use. I set a one-hour timer and checked several times, but it never became available. By 3 AM, I gave up and had to bring my wet clothes back to my room and pack them in my luggage for my flight home. If you think you might need to use the laundry facilities during your stay, I would strongly recommend planning an alternative."

"The hotel was lovely, convenient and our room was spacious and very quiet. The one issue we saw, which only happened once, was some of the shuttle buses were over crowded and posed a safety risk for riders, as there were people standing who had nothing to hold onto bc the bus was so packed. "

"Large property. It’s on the older side but everything is well maintained. The poll is nice with a really large area to relax right outside the gate. The staff was great. More than adequate shop with items you may have forgotten to pack and an ice cream parlor! Coffee shop - pizza and wings. Shuttle to the parks was really amazing. "
