"Very clean, helpful staff, however food was lacking, several mornings the chai seed coconut pudding was not replenished in a timely manner, also the hotel advertised Honolulu Hawaiian hot dogs but when I went to order I was told they are discontinued, I was given an overpriced theme park hot dog equivalent to a 7-11 big bite. Had the food been better I would have rated excellent instead of good"

"Very noisy on the ground level. They use leaf blowers to clean out rooms I think as well and that starts roughly around 9. Property looks deceiving from the street but trust me it is absolutely redone and severely updated. Bartender Jeff on nights made the stay from good to amazing. Guy is great at entertaining and taking care of the guests by the pool"

"The breakfast is limited compared to traditional hotel breakfasts. Only hot food was bagels that you toast. The room ac had a definite smell while it was on. The hotel was full when we requested to move rooms, so we ended up having to stay in the room. The staff was vey nice and helped as much as possible. "
