"Aside from Disney World being the most magical place on earth. Staying at the Dolphin or Swan Reserve has always added to the trip, completing the experience. I have stayed at both of these properties in the past 3 years multiple times and all visits have met or exceeded expectations. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, even offering advice for our stay and recommendations with our plans. Rooms are always clean, spacious, and always comfortable after a day of magic. Fuel in the Dolphin is very convenient for the early mornings or late nights when the parks are all wound down. The many delicious restaurants around the hotel offer all the different flavors and tastes you are craving. Already planning next years trip with no questions to where I will be staying."

"This was our first time staying at Cabana Bay. We arrived during the busy checkin hour but there were several people working the desk so we didn’t wait horribly long in line. Isabelle helped check us in and she was so nice. Explained everything to us and made sure our back-to-back reservations were okay for us to stay in the same room. I booked us an interior family suite and we ended up with one in the Continental building on the third floor six doors down from the elevators so the walk to the elevators down to the lobby were convenient as was the walk to the shuttles, not too bad. The room does smell a little musty when you open the door but it quickly fades away. If it bothers you though, bring a plug in air freshener or something. We were fine. The fridge is a decent size to hold a 24-pack of water bottles, 8 pack of yogurt, half a gallon of milk, lunchables and chicken salad. Plenty of shelves for storage. Storage for the four of us was pretty good. The four drawers are pretty big so we each had our own drawer and a week’s worth of clothes fit just fine. We brought our own toiletries for the shower. We requested extra pillows and they were brought up quickly. Overall, great stay. I would recommend this to a family with kids under 13."

"Pool towels never stocked.Only one working elevator which caused long lines and very long wait times and honestly after coming back from a park the last thing you wanna do is wait in a longer line just to get on a elevator to get into your room"

"The best place to stay with the best staff and resort can have. The staff is the most helpful care taking group anyone could imagine. The property is amazing in everyway possible. The convenience of the property is an even bigger reason to stay at the Swan. East access and transportation to all Disneh parks"
