“We checked into the hotel on Wed and they didn’t clean our room until Friday afternoon after we asked them if they planned on cleaning our room. We were late to a fishing trip I planned for my family after the front desk never called a cab after asking them to the night before. Then after the cab didn’t show they told me I can call a Lyft myself! There was rooster crap all by the pool that another person staying at the hotel had to ask the staff to clean up. The pool opened at 9am and they were……
