I would like to highlight the following issues: Misleading Room Assignment: I booked a room in the main hotel building. However, upon arrival, the receptionist denied this reservation and forced me into a room in the outer section of the property without a valid explanation. 「The hotel was close to the airport and easy to get there. It was clean and all the staff members were very helpful. The room was larger than the photos and the pool was well maintained and clean. I am 6' and the shower with a standard shower head was a little hard to get everything wet and clean. Minor issue and not worth knocking any stars off. Excellent hotel and I would definitely stay again. Also breakfast was amazing with plenty of choices.」
