“Pool was dirty upon arrival- ac did not work in the bedrooms upstairs. We called and texted front desk multiple times. Management did not get back to me until I finally demanded to speak to them.”

“Our condo was very nice and fairly new. Clean and had the basic amenities needed for our week stay. Nice big bedrooms! A few things I found annoying is that there’s definitely not enough parking near each building. We often had about a 5 min walk to our building bc there were very few dedicated spots near each of the buildings. I was also a bit disappointed bc when I booked our said “pool access” which I thought would mean our condo would be closest to the pool and although it was close I felt……

“THE GOOD: The place is great, beautiful, and very clean. The neighborhood is very quiet. THE BAD: The check-in process is HORRIBLE because of the to may steps of registering with them. You have to go through a process that is like an exhaustive background investigation done by the FBI. Be prepared to provide a lot of PERSONAL INFORMATION. Additionally, too many steps to finally been able to check in.”

“I will never book through ACO again. We have stayed in homes from Encore before and have always had a great experience. But it seems, ACO Vacation homes do not properly upkeep their homes. Rooms and bedding were dirty and had stains on the pillow cases and sheets. All the light switches were sticky for some reason. Broken furniture such as an ottoman found upstairs. Most TVs in the rooms had no connection. Blinds were missing on many of the windows. Dining room seats and table were dirty.……
