“They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. ”

“Very good”

“Everything was great!!”

“Property was nice and loved all the dishes and appliances available. The refrigerator froze everything and we couldn't get it to not freeze. The oven didn't work but we notified maintenance and they fixed it. Did not like that there were only 3 wash clothes to use.”

“None”

“Place was awesome one of the cleanest places I’ve ever rented , A+ for the garage, large TVs in every room, king-size bed in all room. The only down fall is that there is only one pool in the whole complex! My Wife and I will stay again soon.”
