"I will never book through ACO again. We have stayed in homes from Encore before and have always had a great experience. But it seems, ACO Vacation homes do not properly upkeep their homes. Rooms and bedding were dirty and had stains on the pillow cases and sheets. All the light switches were sticky for some reason. Broken furniture such as an ottoman found upstairs. Most TVs in the rooms had no connection. Blinds were missing on many of the windows. Dining room seats and table were dirty....

"The grove is a 5 start resort and is very clean and has a lot of activities for kids"

"The ability to use all the waterparks was amazing, great value for your money. The space was great to accommodate a large group. The parking is bad, the setup doesn’t make sense and while people are allocated only one car per condo, the reality is there were parties almost every day of our stay where others parked in the reserve spaces, making it cumbersome to find a spot. The AC froze up a few days in, and it got pretty hot. The staff was amazing and really responsive but it was about 6-8 hours with no ac. Separately we asked to stay an hour past check out and were told it would cost 200$, which seemed pretty unreasonable 1 because of the AC issue that dampened the day but 2, because it was an hour….. they had to get management approval to comp but then the maid team came an hour before check out anyway, so we just left early. Overall really good value, great location, great people, but a few kinks."
