The kids and I were very excited to get in the pool. After unpacking we headed to the pool. The pool was filled with gnats, and very dirty. Looked like the pool hasn't been cleaned the entire year. “We had a couple days to spend before we took our kids and grandkids to Universal Studios for the week. The condo was well stocked with necessities and very clean. We DID have a major issue with an inoperable key card for the pool/clubhouse area. We contacted the host but she was unable to resolve the issue. To be fair, it was Easter weekend. I feel that she did try, but it was an inconvenience nonetheless. Our solution was lifting one of the grandkids over the fence to open from the inside. This……

“Hot tub was amazing. Paddleboards out back were fun. Protector rooms was easy to use and was able to put the games on for a watch party. ”

“Great house for family. Everything was clean, comfortable, and in working order. Nice surprise to have some basic food items waiting. Only minor suggestion - have extra paper towels, toilet tissue, and trash bags, as a large family tends to go through it quickly. Other than that - Highly Recommend!!”
