"3 couples 3 teenagers stayed comfortably at this property. Everything was clean. Amenities very simple and basic. No extras like pool noodles, seasonings, coffee filters, hangers and washcloths. Minimal dishwasher detergent and trash bags provided. Didn’t have access to thermostat and would have preferred to be able to control the temperature (was very cold inside). But overall very nice and comfortable. Would stay again and be better prepared with some of the extras we desired."

"Such a great place for families! I will recommend to everyone. The only issue is one I find at many hotels. Whoever designed the showers has absolutely no consideration for all women who will want to shave their legs. This hotel is, sadly, like so many others in ignoring the needs of half the population. There is no step to rest one's foot, no hand hold to keep one's balance, no shelf to place the razor or soap. Why do so many hotels create lovely but completely dysfunctional showers? I challenge designers to try shaving their legs in their showers and then figuring out a better design. Oh, and good luck figuring out how the hot water works. You will need a tutorial."

"Very nice hotel, great staff, nice location close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was a little disappointing, eggs were underwhelming, and sausage not the Tausage, was burnt. This may have been a fluke we only ate there the one morning? We had old washed out sheets with stains on them, room was very clean, and I believe the sheets were clean too, but old stains on sheets is not a good look. The biggest issue with this hotel was the transportation to the parks. This is a third party shuttle, we left for a Disney trip after work on Friday so by the time we got there the shuttle was sold out. We had chosen this hotel, knowing the parking was high, $20.00 per day, but planning to use the shuttle saved us from having to pay for parking at the park. $30.00. Well we ended up paying for parking at the hotel, and the park because the shuttle was sold out. I think we will choose a hotel with free parking next time and just plan to pay for one parking instead of two. *I have never heard of a shuttle selling out, usually these companies are in the business of making money and would just schedule another bus.?"
