"Todo estuvo bastante bien, pero me hicieron perder mi poco tiempo con una orientación, firmé un documento y no pensé q fuera obligatorio y cuando llamé para cancelar la orientación me cobraban 50 dólares . Tube de tomarla y me tomo toda la mañana"

"The house was so clean and well maintained. The one thing I didn’t like is check in is late and check out is early and they don’t seem to budge on that without a $250 cost for one additional hour. The amenities were great and we loved the water park and pools. The complimentary breakfast was nothing special but our stay was great and would stay again. We were also upgraded from a 4 bedroom to a 5 bedroom home which was nice."

"My family and I enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay again. The only thing I didn’t like was I felt pressured to sit in on a time share presentation and then when I tried to get out of it they charged me. Other than that we had a great time"

"We stayed in one of the cottages and it was just perfect. The fully equipped kitchen downstairs with a master suite was perfect for my parents. I appreciated having the laundry upstairs with the other bedrooms. The staff at the main building were so helpful with our packages and printing documents for us. Unfortunately we had a very busy week and could not enjoy the wonderful amenities of the resort. Overall, a great selection and would start again!"

"Nuestra estancia fue muy buena. Las camas eran cómodas y pudimos descansar muy bien. El ambiente se sintió tranquilo y seguro, y el personal fue amable durante nuestra estadía. En mi experiencia, encontré la habitación y las áreas que utilizamos limpias y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente con ese tema. También nos gustó mucho que el hotel tuviera parking incluido, ya que viajábamos en auto y fue bastante conveniente. La ubicación también nos pareció buena, especialmente si estás visitando los parques o recorriendo Orlando. En los alrededores hay varios lugares para comer, tiendas y otras opciones a pocos minutos. En general, tuvimos una buena experiencia y considero que tiene una buena relación calidad/precio. Volvería a hospedarme allí."
