“This home is absolutely beautiful!! The layout is family friendly. We had some minor issues unknowingly to the house owner that were dealt with immediately. My family really appreciated the sense of urgency. Other than that, we had a blast cooking, singing, sleeping, and playing the games in the harry potter garage. “The price that we paid for this property, was a great deal. We enjoyed it very much. A few things to mention that I have found in other rental units that were not here, but they don't necessarily need to be there. Salt, pepper, oil... just basic things for cooking. I understand that they don't want to get ants, but it kinda stinks when you are on vacation and want to make breakfast and have to go to the store to buy oil/ butter.... Then they don't want you to leave it there... so you have to……

"They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. "
