"We enjoyed our stay. Disney Springs is within walking distance. The pool area is great."

"We would've thought that, for the price we paid, breakfast would've been included. Also, we had to walk/ drive mornings to the main building just for a bagel and coffee. The room did not have cream for the coffee- or son's didn't, either- and when we called the front desk they said someone would bring us some in a while. When they came they brought more coffee, still no cream. I called them back- someone eventually brought nasty, powdered creamer in packets. Coffee was undrinkable. Again, for the price, one should be able to have a decent cup of coffee in the morning without having to walk to another building for it. It was a nice walk, but still......"

"The shuttle bus from the hotel to the parks was beyond our expectations. That bus arrived on time every morning and evening. But, in particular, I must compliment the morning driver, Nelson. That man is the bomb!! Funny, played great music, explained everything to us about pick up time, and where to wait. He gave us helpful tips to make the shuttle service unstressed. We’re still talking about him!!!! Love that guy❤️"

"Although the parking garage was a bit challenging, the location, amenities and staff were fantastic. The pool and bar were also very good. We did find a candy wrapper under the sink and a long strand of hair in the tub but we found the hotel to be very clean otherwise. "
