“I believe this place is where the owners live here and you rent a room from them. The rules are a little confusing. It states no noise after 10am regards to tv, conversation and not using the kitchen. Example they state that the garbage needs to get tied and go in a bin, I was looking for that bin my whole stay and the night before we left we got a message to leave it in our room. I am pretty sure the homeowners were using the kitchen until 11:45pm and were not quiet. The locks have a beep……

“I cannot recommend this shared space due to significant issues with transparency and basic cleanliness. The listing failed to mention that the designated parking spots are located a 10 to 20-minute walk away. For someone dealing with a physical flare-up, like my recent bout with gout, this was completely unmanageable. When I requested closer parking, I was told nothing was available. Interestingly, they suddenly "found" a spot only after I informed them we were moving to another location that……
